Chanukah Celebration 2025

✨ Close to 200 people joined us on the third night of Chanukah at The Chevra Synagogue to celebrate the Festival of Lights! ✨

A beautiful outdoor candle lighting ceremony took place on our large menorah in the courtyard. Our president, Aaron Bloom, shared words of greeting, and Rabbi Jacobson delivered a powerful message on the meaning of Chanukah in light of the recent terrorist attack in Australia.

The community sang together, uplifting one another, before moving into the Singerman Ballroom for a festive Chanukah party. Guests enjoyed homemade latkes, an assortment of donuts and sufganiot, hot chocolate, an open bar, and plenty of prizes for the kids. A highlight of the evening was Tania from Funtastikboogie, and everyone received custom-made hats. There was music, dancing, and pure freilach fun for children and adults alike!
