Dear Rabbi Jacobson, We are writing to you to thank you and all your team for creating an exceptional experience for our families’. Sara was fantastic to work with. She was professional, courteous warm and friendly and made working with her such a pleasure. She returned our calls promptly and went beyond the call of duty to assist us with our plans. How can I thank you enough for enabling Rabbi Cahana, wheelchair bound, to co-officiate at the Bema by building him a ramp so he could get onto the stage? And you did it with such a ‘defacto’ attitude. I cannot tell you how many people at the wedding commented on seeing him at the Bema, it was truly inspirational. The story of what you did for us has been told and retold. Not all synagogues would do this. You represent the type of community that aspires to the values of Torah. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful synagogue and team with us. You gave us the experience of a lifetime.
