The High Holidays at the Chevra is when the Synagogue is at its full glory. All the seats are filled and pews are added into the Singerman hall to accommodate the overflow. The four- part harmony of the Choir Master Yossi Milo is stirring and moving. For many, the feature of the High Holidays is Rabbi Jacobson’s inspiring sermons, filled with humor, anecdotes and stories, always with powerful and contemporary messages. Choir
The synagogue is fortunate to have an eclectic group of fourteen passionate singers, led by our highly- talented and renowned choirmaster, Yossi Milo. Our choir performs at holidays, special shabbosim and, upon request, at family celebrations. The Chevra has always been known for its rich choral and cantorial arrangements, enhancing the spirit and meaning of prayers.
